In 2004, I hired Rick to build my home in Gold Hill. He had so many wonderful ideas and the finished product is a testament to his quality workmanship. My next home that I purchased was in Grants Pass on the river, built in 1965. It was in need of much updating and repair. Rick Evans has been my Realtor now for several years. I have bought and sold through Rick with excellent results. He has been a pleasure to work with. I believe him to be honest and trust worthy. In my opinion he is just the best. Rick is a hard worker who has your best interest in mind. One of many things I like about Rick is no matter how busy he is, when you call he answers the phone. Rick Evans - General Contractor & Developer, Real Estate Broker
Rick has been a general contractor and developer since 1980. After beginning his career in Southern California, Rick moved his talents and business to Grants Pass, Oregon in 1992. Rick has extensive experience in buying, flipping, remodeling, and selling homes, as well as building custom and spec homes. In 2012, Rick earned his real estate brokerage license. Rick maintains involvement in many committees and associations including the Oregon State Builders, Josephine County Home Builders Association, and liaison between HBA and the City of Grants Pass Commissioner. Additionally, Rick has donated his time and talents towards several community projects including builds for Wildlife Images and The Family House. Rick has designed and built 9 featured homes in the Grants Pass Tour of Homes Show and has had his work featured in local kitchen and Christmas tours. In 2003 Rick was named Developer of the Year for his work on a local commercial nonprofit project.
Sharon Evans - Interior Designer, Former Real Estate Broker
Sharon has been in the interior design field since 1979 beginning in Washington State. In 1997 she moved to Grants Pass where she continued her work in the field running a decor department of a major paint and interior design company which required exceptional customer service, consulting, and interior design skills. Since 2005, when she teamed up with Rick, she has been the interior designer for all new home builds and flips. Sharon had her broker license from 2017 - 2023. Sharon stays involved with the community and volunteer to build beds for Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
