After years of "flipping" homes and having someone else sell them, we decided that we should be selling the homes we flip for the ease and convenience of our clients. Rick became a licensed real estate broker in 2012 proudly representing eXp Realty, LLC. in Oregon. 
Sharon had her real estate license from 2017 - 2023.
