Rick Evans Interiors, LLC (REI) is our Southern Oregon based construction firm with Rick as our general contractor, developer, and Certified Energy Star builder.
Since 1980, beginning in Southern California before moving to Grants Pass Oregon in 1992, we have been buying, rehabbing, selling, designing and building custom and spec homes.
Being involved in many community projects such as nonprofit builds, and developing lasting relationships with clients, we have grown to become one of the area's most trusted builders. We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded.
The Flipping Family
Together with our son, James, we have become the home rehab team known as "The Flipping Family." Having a passion for minor and major home renovations, we can do it all. Rick is in charge of design and building, Sharon designs the interior and exterior finishes, while James, who has now become a licensed General contractor, is hands on from start to finish over seeing our employees and doing the finish work himself. We pride ourselves on the quality of products and design we use, as well as the services we provide, beginning with communication and collaboration.
We help guide our clients through all stages of the home flipping process from design to the finished product while performing the highest level of quality and energy efficient craftsmanship at fair market competitive prices.
